Many thanks to you for all your support and making me feel
like a star! I know I wouldn’t have made it this far without
you there to guide, motivate and cajole me into action, and
especially helping me push myself. A gazillion thanks!
Ann P (Vienna, VA)
I
can’t believe I’m sticking with it ... I’ve never...NEVER...done
that before. I couldn’t have done it without you and the
program. It is absolutely the best thing I’ve ever been a part
of! Elizabeth L (Reston,
VA)
I
just wanted to thank you for the constant inspiration to keep
running. You are a great organizer and just a kind
person. If it were not for your efforts, I could not have kept
up with the running enough to complete the 10K. I look forward
to joining the next beginners training program and will continue to
tell everyone about the positive experience that you created for me
and all the new runners! Tracy L

Thank you for your guidance throughout this year!
Thanks to you, I shall be a runner for the rest of my life!
Jocelyn W (Springfield, VA)
Thank you for organizing a terrific training program.
Dawn H (Vienna, VA)
Thank you so much for all you did to make the Army 10 Miler a
reality. I never thought I would be able to do this. So
you really did make the impossible happen! Felicia P (Centreville, VA)
Honestly I love the way this program is structured ... guest
speakers ... individual encouragement, etc. I’ve done many
other programs on the west coast and this is a superlative
one. Thanks ... See you on Saturday! Kathy H (Alexandria, VA)
Last Saturday was the 3rd group session I have spoken to and
every time it seems to get better and better. I am truly
impressed by the program and the coach whom organize the
program. I have lectured to and worked with different programs
in Atlanta and the D.C. area, but this is by far the best program I
have ever been affiliated with. Keep up the good job!
Dr. Solano (Falls Church, VA)
This program has completely changed my life. Before I
joined I couldn’t even run around the block, now I’m getting ready
to run my second marathon, and change to a career in the fitness
industry! Not only am I in better shape, but I’ve also met
some of the best friends of my life. It’s the best decision
I’ve ever made. JJ K (Alexandria,
VA)
I love..... ....the
smell of sweat rising from my shirt top after a good run ....the
sight of the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument at
sunrise ....the sound of the steady slap-slap-slap of my shoes on
the pavement ....that running is no longer a decision I have to
make; it's simply what I do ....running just a weeee bit faster
than last month ....the feeling of strength and accomplishment
after my morning 2-mile run ....having a way to work through the
frustrations and sadness of parental illnesses ....having a
reason to enjoy winter -- 20 degrees is my favorite running
temperature! ....that 5Ks no longer seem like a hurdle, they're
just a Saturday morning run ....that I've learned how to layer
for cold weather running ....the sound of womens' laughter when
we run together ....the sight of military men running in the
morning ....knowing I've already got my exercise in by 7:30 am
and I'm DONE for the day But most of all, I love ... that I got
hooked up with you and your running program last year. You've made a
big difference in my life. Kelly B (Washington, DC)
