Even if you're already running on a
regular basis, Coach Carla can help you train for a 10
miler, half marathon or a marathon. You'll improve your time
and avoid hitting the wall.
Coach Carla designs personal
(continuously updated) training programs just for you! An individual
training program is created based on your short- and long-term
goals, your current fitness level, recent running experience, and on
your real-life schedule. And, it's all done online--coaching at your
convenience!
The program provides you with
accountability! You are required to send frequent email journals to
Coach Carla--daily isn't too often, but most runners write three or
four times a week. Based on your individual progress and
input, the program is updated as often as necessary, but at least
weekly.
To
have Coach Carla design a personal running program for you as well
as provide online, phone and (sometimes) in-person guidance, the fee
structure is as follows:
